Hard Rock Hotel Rocksino rocked out on June 30th to the tunes of Steven Tyler and The Loving Mary Band. But, good times and good music weren’t the only things to come out of the event. The money raised from the concert went to helping the patients at Akron Children’s Hospital so the guests that attended the sold out show had a lot to feel good about.
Rocking for a Cause
More than a thousand fans rocked out to number one hits and felt good about making a difference. Our benefit concert series has raised over $200,000 for the cause in 2018 and over $1,000,000 since the program’s inception in 2003.
A Musical Icon
Steven Tyler is a Grammy award winner, philanthropist, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, and music legend. Tyler rocked the night away with chart-topping hits including We’re All Somebody From Somewhere. The album achieved the number one spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart and made the top twenty on the Billboard Top 200 list. It’s no surprise that fans came from near and far to see Tyler perform at Hard Rock Live. The Loving Mary Band played alongside Steven Tyler and perfectly complemented his style and voice. The Sisterhood Band, which is made up of descendants of musical icons, opened for Tyler
Hard Rock Live
The bands performed at Hard Rock Northfield Park’s Hard Rock Live, a striking venue that has hosted some of the biggest names in music. Beautiful acoustics and plush interiors make this set up the ideal location to rock the night away in The City That Rocks.
Even though the tour makes stops in some of the largest cities in the world like Madrid, London, Calgary, and New York City, no one rocks out harder than Cleveland, which was made apparent on June 30th. A whopping 1,650 fans turned up to see the sold-out show, and the mutual excitement from both the crowd and the performers was palpable.
