Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Forest City Brewery offers beers on tap, in addition to a rotating list of guest handles fit for the season. Current offerings include Western Reserve Mead Dry Hopped Apricot, Western Reserve Mead Hefe-Mel, and Griffin Ciderworks Ginger Cider. Meet friends for drinks and bring along your pups, or attend one of the many events the brewery has scheduled throughout the month. From film screenings to live music to comedy shows, there is always something new brewing here.

Lakewood Dog Park

Lakewood Dog Park was voted as 2017’s Best Dog Park by Cleveland Scene and is one of the best things to do with your dog in Cleveland. Located in the Rocky River Reservation, this dog park is a place for your pet to roam free and potentially play with other pups. The park hours are from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily and requires dogs to be leashed when outside the fenced-in area. However, once inside, it’s your dog’s time to let loose and have fun at this pet friendly Cleveland location.

Despite its name, it’s dogs that usually make an appearance at this popular restaurant. Every Saturday, the place offers brunch from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM with unique food offerings such as Kimchi Fried Potatoes, Pancit, and a Chorizo Omelette. If happy hour is more your scene, guests can take in a full three hours of happy hour prices Monday through Friday (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) with a menu that includes $3-$6 food items like Bahn Bao, Crispy Fried Shrimp, and Spicy Ribs. Your pup can relax with a dish of water while you chow down on cheap eats and specialty drinks.

In addition to treats, vitamins, and natural supplements for both cats and dogs, this bakery also offers pet events that range from nail trims and ear cleaning to a farmer’s market where pets are welcome.
